Misophonie ist der Hass auf bestimmt Geräusche, die Wut, Ekel und Aggressionen bei den Patienten auslösen. Besonders häufig sind dies Essgeräusche.

Eine Anmerkung zur Studie „stay and play vs. load and go“:
In den USA bist du zwar zu zweit auf dem RTW, bei einer Rea ist aber in der Regel noch die Feuerwehr dabei, die auch beim Transport mit Unterstützung leistet. Ansonsten fahren bei solchen Dingen auch auf dem Weg ins Krankenhaus gerne supervisor mit. Die sind dann also mindestens zu dritt, meist auch mehr.
Auch bei anderen schweren Krankheitsbildern ist in der Regel ein Fahrzeug der Feuerwehr zusätzlich vor Ort

bin diesen Monat etwas später dran mit hören, fand aber eure Zusammenfassung der neuen AHA Leitlinien sehr gut und kurzweilig!
Habe noch eine Erbsenzähler Anmerkung zur letzten Studie bezüglich SHT und TXA.
Ein Mittelschweres SHT ist definiert mit GCS 9-12 nicht 9-13 Punkten.
War aber eindeutig ein Versprecher, im Verlauf habt ihrs korrekt gesagt.
Bin großer Fan, macht weiter so!
